27" Laminator Models

The PL-227hp 27” laminator is designed specifically for those looking for a high performance commercial quality laminator at an affordable price. The PL-227 is a carefully designed and appointed commercial laminating system capable of consistently rendering professional performance and superb finish quality.  Whether you need to laminate thin film on one side for a book cover, run a thousand menus with 3 mil. or mount and laminate medium format digital output, the PL227 is up to the task.  The PL-227hp laminates polyester, nylon, polypropylene, vinyl, and plastic films .  The standard PL227 includes a stand, two side slitters and 3” mandrels.  A table top version is also available.

The standard model PL-227hp laminator is manufactured as a 240 volt model. This machine is available by special order as a 120 volt model, however, it suffers a significant performance penalty.

Accessories such as extra slitter heads, stand wheels, liner take-up winder and extra mandrels are available to meet the special needs of some customers.
